Please note these are all handmade with love! Therefore NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES will be accepted as all nails are FINAL SALE. Please make sure to measure nails or purchase a sizing kit to make sure you get the perfect fit. Inkedboutique is not responsible for wrong sizing of nails. We make exactly what is ordered. If you have any questions on sizing feel free to contact us!
We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. In the case where this has happened please contact customer service at USPS or Canada Post (Canadian orders). We are not responsible for any custom duties/taxes.
Inkedboutique is not responsible for any wear and tear damages that occur when wearing nails. We ensure they are the best quality before shipping out. Please wear with care. If there is an issue with your nails 1-4 days from the delivered date please email us and we can try to resolve the situation!
Inkedboutique is not at fault for any unexpected shipping delays. Please call your post office carrier for help.
Expected shipping times does NOT include processing time. These are two completely different things. Processing is the time in which your order will be made and shipping is the time it takes to get to you after your order has been processed (made)

Finding your size
All you need is tape and something to measure with (measuring tape/stick,ruler). Simply follow the guide shown and write down your sizes thumb-pinky. When ordering if your size does not fit the premade size, simply let us know in the "note to seller" section at checkout.
